This is a web/php implementation of mupdf's pdfclean. It cleans up PDF files. While it's cleaning, it strips passwords and unlocks DRM. This will NOT unlock encrypted PDFs. If you can open the file, but not edit it, then this is for you. Honestly, if you can't open your pdf, but it doesn't ask for a password, this can possibly help. Fast, easy, and FREE! enjoy.
